Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using Wall Journal. By creating an account or placing an order you agree to these terms.
Wall Journal is a personal memory journal app that lets you record moments and order printed products featuring your content. We provide the technology platform; printing and delivery are handled by third-party fulfilment partners.
You retain full ownership of your journal entries, photos, and artwork. By using the service you grant us a limited licence to store and process your content for the purpose of providing the service — including generating print files when you place an order.
You must not upload content that is illegal, infringes third-party rights, or is otherwise harmful.
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never store your card details. By placing an order you agree to Stripe's terms.
The Wall Journal app, branding, and underlying technology are our property. You may not copy, modify, or reverse-engineer any part of the service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wall Journal's liability for any claim arising from use of the service is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order in the 12 months before the claim.
We are not liable for loss of data, indirect losses, or losses caused by third-party fulfilment partners.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or in-app notice. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
These terms are governed by the laws of Scotland, United Kingdom. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish courts.
