Subscription Plans

We offer two subscription options:

Monthly: £5.99/month, billed monthly.
Yearly: £45.99/year, billed annually (save 36% — £25.89 a year against the monthly plan).

Both plans include all features, with your memories kept forever — subject to fair-use limits (currently 50 photos per day and 20 videos per month).

Payment

Payments are processed securely by Stripe.
We accept major credit and debit cards.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled.
You'll receive an email receipt for each payment.

Cancellation

Cancel anytime from your Settings page.
You'll retain access until the end of your current billing period.
After cancellation, you can still view (but not add to) your journal.
Resubscribe at any time to restore full access.

Refunds

Monthly subscriptions: Refunds available within 7 days of payment if you haven't used the service.
Yearly subscriptions: Pro-rated refunds available within 30 days of payment.

Price Changes

We may adjust prices occasionally. If we do, we'll give you at least 30 days notice and your current subscription will continue at the existing price until renewal.

Failed Payments

If a payment fails, we'll retry a few times and notify you. If we can't collect payment after reasonable attempts, your subscription may be paused until payment is resolved.
